Build manually

$ make

Build using docker

1. Build docker image

   $ docker build -f Dockerfile . -t bib-paper
   

2. Build document

   $ docker run --rm -v $PWD:$PWD -w $PWD -u `id -u`:`id -g` bib-paper make
